Commissions.

Some of my pieces are available on a Commission basis if they are no longer in stock. I normally only create one-off pieces especially of the larger necklaces, so they will often be unavailable except as a Commission. However, one advantage of this option, is the freedom to choose your own colours and sometimes beads e.g. switch glass pearls for real ones.

If you are interested in this option please contact me firstly to see whether I do have the design on hand even if showing as unavailable in the shop. And if you then do wish to proceed with the Commission option you will be required to pay 25% of the normal selling price in advance. In turn, I will provide you with a final fee, and likely turnaround time. Please note that some items can take 2-3 weeks to make so please ensure you take this into account with pieces being made for a special occasion or specific date.

Repairs.

I can repair most styles of beaded jewellery from vintage to real pearl necklaces, bracelets and earrings. If you wish to avail of this service, please email me with details including clear photographs. If you can, try to provide the original beads with the broken piece, as sometimes getting colour matching can be quite challenging. Once I see what the damage is and the type of jewellery involved I can better inform you whether I can repair it or not.

Q: Can I cancel an order once processed?

A: So long as it's not for a Commission item or where a requested item has already been begun work on. just send me an email within 24 hours of making the order & I'll confirm if the cancellation has been accepted. In certain cases a small fee may apply.

Q: How do I change my details on the site?

A: The simplest way to update your account information is to click on your name once logged in to the site and change details as required there.
