You can return your item for refund or replacement if you don't feel it's what you expected or are otherwise unhappy – please notify me by email in the first instance, and then take a photograph of it before packaging to verify that it is undamaged and package either in original packaging or similar to protect during return. When posting, ensure you get a proof of postage, just in case it gets lost during transit. It is advised that you return it by a suitable tracked method preferably. Once the item is received undamaged, you will be notified and informed if a refund is pending. All refunds are provided for the cost price only exclusive of postage.

Replacements will only be made for the same item or another similar one of the same price i.e. a £15 bracelet can be exchanged for a £15 necklace or a £10 bracelet and £5 earrings set. Please advise at the time of return what your preferences are.
